Having been on a number of development teams for more than 30 years, I have seen that we use different words for the same things back then. The goal is to get faster in development, make fewer mistakes, and be more relevant to the customer, but in practice we struggle just as much now as back then.

I get that making a decision can be really tough. Whether personally or professionally we occasionally struggle to gather enough information to make an informed decision as best we can. Sometimes it is easier to make a decision on something that costs $2,000 or $20,0000 than it is on something that costs $20.
